Boss fired his employee for not smoking...I cant believe this...there must be few other reasons...not smoking must have been the trigger.

Oddly true... and apparently for the fact that some workers asked for a smoke free environment. GUess wat the German boss asked them .. "Join the club or pack ur bags".
